prohibitions on gender identity
discrimination in employment, and
many more may follow suit. These legal
developments recognize the complexities
that may arise when a person transitions
in the workplace. What are an employee’s
rights and an employer’s responsibilities
in this context? How does one balance the
personal privacy interests of employees
with the desire to maintain a diverse,
inclusive and discrimination-free work
environment? This panel will address
