Mental Health 1 – Overview of Mental Health Assessment & Care Speakers: Lisette Lahana, LCSW Clinicians will develop an understanding of terms related to sexuality, gender identity, biological sex and the process of a gender transition. We will discuss diagnosis, treatment planning and how to be a trans affirmative provider. Participants will leave with greater awareness of how to assess their client’s stage of identity development and the course of treatment
