Speakers: Kathy Q. Nothstine, AICP, National Association of Development Organizations; Patricia M Sears, Executive Director, Newport City Renaissance Corporation; Paul J Dreher, Director of Planning & Zoning, City of Newport, VT; Candace Eudaley, Assistant Executive Director, East Central Intergovernmental Association

Featuring case studies from Vermont and Iowa, speakers describe their efforts to convene multidisciplinary partnerships and share success stories that are replicable for other communities, as well as lessons learned. Discussion topics will include form-based codes, downtown revitalization, brownfields redevelopment, local food systems, complete streets, historic preservation, and more.
